There are at least 4 letterboxes at Longview Lake, but some of them are easier to get if you have a bicycle. I have also placed quite a 8 boxes in Independence, which is 10-15 minutes' drive north of Lee's Summit. Let me know your schedule, and I'd be glad to do an exchange.
